When HEIMPLANET first debuted its Cave inflatable tent over a decade ago, it was a fairly new concept. Envisioning the tent of the future, the German-based adventure company has seen a lot of surprising advancements in the outdoor space over the past 20 years. However, innovation never quits and neither does society’s enthusiasm for camping. If anything, it continues to grow.

Today, HEIMPLANET has debuted its most efficient tent yet. Made for every season, the Kirra is built from extremely heavy-duty double ripstop nylon from head to toe, while offering breathability that can afford you some comfort during the hotter months and a geodesic profile to help you endure high winds. Sleeping 2 adults comfortably with over 45sq.ft on the inside, this tent also has plenty of room for those adventurers who like to pack a little heavier.

Crafted to sport a similar design as the flagship Cave model, the inflatable Kirra tent is built with ample space inside to store gear and equipment, with an awning, several sewn-in interior pockets of different sizes, and a removable storage compartment under the roof with a place to hold a torch light. Improving on its proprietary Inflatable Diamond Grid for quick and easy setup, HEIMPLANET has made its newest tent super lightweight as well, at just under 8.4lbs — not even 2lbs heavier than its lightest model, the Fistral, and with a bumped-up 14sq.ft of living space to boot.

The Kirra comes in three patterned colorways: Classic (white), Cairo Camo (green), and 4-Season (red). The tent is currently available to order now on HEIMPLANET’s website for €899 (~$917), with shipments expected to start in a few days.
